If you provide us with a name of a friend or colleague you feel could benefit from our service, or from learning more with regard to a specific opportunity we work in the following way:- We will firstly clarify whether or not you require us to keep your confidentiality. We will contact the individual in the evening or at a convenient time when they are able to talk. If it is a specific opportunity you feel may be relevant then we answer any questions they might have. We will walk them through the company, responsibilities and remuneration package. If the opportunity is of interest then we would request their CV and pursue the usual recruitment process. If the opportunity is not suitable then we would check whether they would be interested in hearing about any other opportunities that might come our way. If so; we would then take time to understand their needs. If not; we would not bother them again.
