We will then recommend one of the following key services:-


  • Retained Search
    Your Corporate Recruiter will work with you to create performance based job profiles, which will form the basis of a more scientific approach to interviewing. Then a team of researchers will untilise our proactive search techniques to create a pool of relevant candidates. Research has shown that normal interviewing is only 7% more accurate than flipping a coin! Working closely with your consultant our researchers will pre-screen candidates using proven evaluation techniques that improve the accuracy of interviewing by 80-90%. A shortlist will then be presented.




  • Retained Advertising & Selection
    Again performance based job profiles will be created and all shortlisted candidates will be fully pre-screened as above. An advertisement or series of advertisements will be placed in relevant media to ensure a targeted exposure. Five often-ignored techniques will be used to improve qualified responses 5 to 10 fold. If you get too many, or even too few CVs, our copywriters can help.



  • Database Selection
    As a result of handling a number of search and advertising campaigns we have an enviable database of qualified professionals. The candidate you are looking for may well have been already identified. A “success only” fee is charged for candidates on our existing database. All shortlisted candidates are pre-screened using performance based interviewing techniques.

    Things are not always as they seem! Put simply, some people lie on CVs. 70% of employers have encountered inaccuracies on CVs. We validate CVs and reference check all shortlisted candidates as requested.

    We can campaign manage and host all your recruitment events from Internet and paper media drives through to open days etc.

    Project Management or Team Membership
